Economics ministry completes ECFA early-harvest list

Author: (ChinaPost.com.tw) – The Ministry of Economic Affairs has completed a tentative early-harvest list that would be included in the proposed cross-Taiwan Strait economic cooperation framework agreement (ECFA) and is ready to negotiate its details with China.
